Orders dispatched using Standard Delivery can take between 2 to 5 working days to arrive.
Standard Delivery orders are dispatched using the Royal Mail Tracked Service.
This is a priority service with a tracking number so you can follow the progress of you order on its journey to you. You will be required to sign for the parcel so please ensure that you are available at you delivery address between 9am and 5pm on your expected delivery day. (see Tracking My order)
*Standard Delivery is FREE for orders over £25.
*For orders of less than £25 there will be a delivery charge of £4.75
Next Day Delivery (Next Working Day)* Starting at £6.30
This is our express delivery option and orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched on the same day using Royal Mail Next day service, for a Next Working Day Delivery. Excludes Weekends & Bank holidays

The above delivery option is subject to stock availability and although we aim to maintain our website stock levels to the highest standard we cannot guarantee they are completely accurate. Why do we require a signature for all our orders?
We pride ourselves on a high level of after sales customer service, this means that, unlike some online companies, we care about our customers. We do our best to ensure that you receive the items you have paid for in a timely fashion and in excellent condition. In order for us to do this effectively we have a “sign for all orders” policy, this means that both you the customer and us the retailer are covered when it comes to the rare event that an item goes missing or is not delivered.
In these circumstances, if we have signature evidence, we can be very prompt in either directing you to the whereabouts of your parcel or if necessary re-sending the items to you. The signature allows us to do this as we are able to mitigate some of the hazards of online retail such as fraudulent claims of non-delivery and lost items.
As an experienced online retailer we understand that this can cause inconvenience in a few cases, but it is the best way we have found to maintain competitive prices and excellent customer service.
All Orders are packaged discretely and securely so that your products reach you in a pristine condition. Please be sure to check the contents of your order as soon as it arrives and ensure that you have checked all the contents against your enclosed invoice.
Delivery Terms and Conditions :
If your order is returned to us by Royal Mail because either you have failed to collect or re-arrange delivery for your item or you have provided us with an inaccurate delivery address, a handling charge of £4.75 may be payable.
Delivery confirmation is provided to us for every order by Royal Mail.
General Tips and Advice:
If a signature is required for your parcel and you are not available to sign for it, Royal Mail will leave a “while you were out” card with instructions to collect your parcel or to re-arrange delivery.
